Chestnut Chocolate Pot contains just 3 or 4 ingredients, it contains real chocolate and is rich and delicious. With only 3 or 4 ingredients is really simple to make. Chestnuts are a good source of dietary fibre, minerals, healthy fats, vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants. Chestnut chocolate Pot is also vegetarian (and vegan if no honey is used and you use maple syrup instead).

Serves 4
  • 100g Dark Chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
  • 125ml Coconut Milk
  • 250g peeled and cooked Chestnuts (alternatively you can use puree, just check if it is sweetened, if so, omit the honey)
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Melt the chocolate.

Blend chestnuts with coconut milk (you may need to adjust the amount of milk depending on how much moisture is in your chestnuts)

Add in the honey, if using, and the melted chocolate.

Whisk it until smooth. You can also make this in your nutribullet.

The mixture will get much stiffer after refrigerating it.

Refrigerate your Chestnut Chocolate Pots for at least an hour.
