🍂 Autumn Survival Guide 🍂 There can be little doubt that autumn is here now, the days are shorter and we are putting the lights on at 4pm now. While this can be a magical time, walking through swaths of rust colours leaves, lighting the first fires of the year, pulling out the cosy jumpers from your wardrobe... it can be a time that can negatively impact your health. Many people feel a sense of sadness or lethargy during these autumnal into winter nights, often attributed to Seasonal Adjustment Disorder (SAD), reduced sunlight exposure can affect all our mood and energy levels.
